Apply an item discount
Apply an amount or percentage discount to one product in a sale.

1. Open item discount
In the sale form, expand the product card and tap Discount. This discount applies only to the selected product.
2. Choose amount or percentage
Choose Amount for a fixed currency value or Percentage (%) for a rate based on the product price. Enter the value, then tap Confirm.
3. Review the discounted amount
The product amount, sale total, and payment amount are recalculated after the discount is applied. Other products are unchanged, so use this for product-specific discount conditions.
