1. Check the current scope
Statistics are calculated from saved sales, purchases, returns, discounts, and payment records. The selected query period controls the chart and summary cards; records that have not been entered are not included.
2. Keep transaction data accurate
Accurate dates, customers, products, quantities, prices, discounts, and payment status produce reliable reports. If a total looks unusual, review its source transactions and correct the records first.
3. Review available and new statistics
General Statistics Reports include monthly and period reports. Premium Statistics add profit and inventory analysis. Newly released analysis items appear in this list and are announced through app updates and notices.
