Edit or delete a purchase

Edit the products, quantities, payment method, or memo of a recorded purchase, or delete an incorrect record.

1. Open a purchase

Tap the purchase in the transaction list. The detail screen shows the total amount, paid and unpaid amounts, items, and payment history.

2. Edit products and payment information

Tap the edit action to open the purchase form. Add products, adjust quantities and prices, and change the payment method or memo before saving.

3. Review before deleting

Open the More menu on the detail screen and choose Delete only when the purchase was recorded by mistake. A deletion can change linked payments, stock, and the supplier payable balance.
