Join an existing team and switch teams
Join an existing team with an invitation code and switch between the teams available to your account.

1. Open the join screen
If you already belong to another team, open More, then Team Management and Switch Team. Tap the add button to create a team or join an existing one. A new account can choose Join Existing Organization from the initial setup screen.
2. Enter the invitation code
Enter the six-character invitation code from the team administrator. The code uses letters and numbers and is not case-sensitive. When all characters are entered, Join becomes available.
3. Switch teams after joining
After joining, you can access that team's customers, products, and transactions. Data and permissions remain separate for each team. Switch teams later from More, Team Management, and Switch Team.
