Configure PDF file names

Set the file name prefix for invoice and estimate PDFs.

1. Open document settings

In Settings under More, tap Document Filename Settings. You can configure the Invoice and Estimate tabs separately.

2. Enter a prefix

Enter a file name prefix or choose one of the common examples.

3. Review the preview and save

Review the preview file name with its date, then tap Save All.
