Record an inventory transfer

Move product quantities between warehouses or stores and keep a transfer history.

In this guide
  1. Open inventory transfer
  2. Choose the transfer route
  3. Save the product and quantity

1. Open inventory transfer

Tap More in the bottom navigation, then choose Stock Transfer under Inventory Management. Use the add button at the top right to create a new transfer record.

Open Stock Transfer from Inventory Management in More.

2. Choose the transfer route

Choose the source and destination locations in order. They cannot be the same, and the source location must have enough inventory for the transfer.

Set the date to the day the stock actually moved. Add a memo with the reason or person responsible when needed.

Choose the source and destination, then review the transfer date.

3. Save the product and quantity

Tap Add Product, choose the item to move, enter its quantity, and tap Save. The source inventory decreases and the destination inventory increases by the same amount.

Record movements between locations as stock transfers so they remain separate from inventory changes caused by sales and purchases. This keeps both location quantities and transfer history traceable.

Review the route, item, quantity, and memo before saving the transfer.
