A. All data is securely stored in AWS cloud and protected with 256-bit encryption. Daily automatic backups ensure you can use the service without worrying about data loss. Data is completely separated by tenant (company), so there's no risk of information leakage.
Q. Can I import data from Excel?
A. Yes, you can! Through the Excel file import feature, you can easily transfer existing product lists, customer information, and more. Prepare your Excel file according to the specified format for bulk registration, and we also support exporting SalesDocks data to Excel.
Q. Can multiple employees use it together?
A. Of course! The free plan allows up to 3 members, Starter up to 5, and Pro up to 10 team members. You can set different permissions for each employee - sales staff can access only order management, warehouse staff only inventory management. All work is synchronized in real-time for more efficient teamwork.
Q. Can I use it on PC?
A. With paid plans (Starter, Pro), you can use the PC web version for free! Work comfortably on a large screen in the office, and process quickly with the mobile app in the field. All data syncs in real-time, so you can continue work seamlessly anywhere. The free plan only includes mobile app access.
